A Style 1, size 0, "College Pal". This guitar has a birch body, mahogany neck, ebony fingerboard & nut, brass saddle and frets. Note the soundhole trim, painted on, the same as the birch Pinnacle of Perfection. This guitar has been refinished (very nicely) at some point in time.

The head, showing the curved shape, the same as The Recording Master shown on the Bernunzio guitar (Other People's Instruments), the same shape that they used on their banjo-guitars. This guitar is not labeled as a Slingerland or May Bell, but is obviously made by them.
