A May Bell Style No. 84 archtop guitar with an smooth pickguard. Carved spruce top.
A view of the back, and underneath the black finish it is birch, with birch sides and a maple neck. The sound is very similar to the Songster models.
The head of the May Bell No. 84, showing the same shape as the Slingerland guitars. This guitar has a 1 7/8" nut, and is a 25" scale.
