An early Slingerland "New Marvel", in really great shape, a fine sounding guitar. Very deep and full sound. 14 frets to the body.
A view of the back, showing the nice curly maple on the 3-ply maple body -- also note the 1-piece neck. The lowerbout has a width of 16" (a half inch wider than the Songsters, same as the Nite Hawk), and the upper bout is 11 1/2" . Body length is 19 3/4" and the scale length is 25", the same as the Songster and Nite Hawk.
